After a long search we have a place for us all to share our artistic gifts, heritages and skills!

I am doing this because as a therapist for many years I came to be certain that this is a missing piece to the mental health and wellness of many people. It is a need we have that cannot be remedied by therapy, exercise or medication.

I have been researching this topic since 2024 and have data on almost 600 class participants but only in painting.

I want to see how it applies to as many different art forms as possible and to incorporate what I know.

I really want the collective mind to be involved and share in this discovery.
